Why REGROW Works Best as a Four Step System

Why REGROW Works Best as a Four Step System

Why REGROW Works Best as a Four Step System

Hair shedding is personal. It can affect confidence, change how you style your hair and make every wash day feel more stressful than it should.

It can also lead to an overflowing shelf of products that are used inconsistently and without a clear understanding of what each one is meant to do.

At Pure Grace, we prefer a more considered approach.

The REGROW system combines scalp cleansing, hair conditioning, a targeted leave-in tonic and a Derma Roller. Rather than expecting one product to do everything, each step has a specific role within the routine.

Why a complete routine matters

Healthy-looking hair begins with the environment around the follicle, but the condition of the existing hair also matters.

A scalp-focused routine should therefore do more than simply cleanse. It should support four important areas:

  1. Keeping the scalp clean and balanced
  2. Strengthening and conditioning the existing hair
  3. Providing consistent leave-in scalp support
  4. Helping the scalp absorb the targeted treatment effectively

This is where the REGROW four step system becomes useful.

Step 1: Cleanse and prepare with REGROW Shampoo

The first step is creating a clean foundation.

REGROW Shampoo removes excess oil, residue and product build-up from the hair and scalp. This helps prepare the scalp for the products that follow.

The formula contains ingredients such as caffeine, saw palmetto, rosemary, Australian nettle extract and niacinamide. REGROW selected these ingredients for their roles in supporting scalp health and addressing factors associated with thinning hair.

How to use it:

Massage the shampoo gently into wet hair, concentrating on the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo twice, the first wash it so remove the build up and the second wash gives your shampoo's active ingredients a chance to work. Daily cleansing gives best results for hair loss, especially in the first 3 months.

Step 2: Strengthen and nourish with REGROW Conditioner

Hair that is shedding or thinning still needs conditioning.

Skipping conditioner will not prevent hair loss. It may instead leave the lengths feeling dry, tangled and more vulnerable to breakage.

REGROW Conditioner contains protein-building and nourishing ingredients to support moisture, strength and manageability. Apply it through the mid-lengths and ends as well as massaging it into the scalp, leave it on 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

This step focuses on caring for the hair you already have as well as the scalp.

Step 3: Treat the scalp with REGROW Hair Tonic

The Hair Tonic is the consistent leave-in step within the routine.

It contains selected botanical ingredients and scalp stimulants, including caffeine, menthol, saw palmetto, biotin and Australian horsetail extract.

Apply the tonic directly to a clean scalp and massage it in gently. Do not rinse it out. Consistent application is important because an occasional scalp treatment cannot provide the same routine support as a product used daily.

Think of the tonic as daily scalp care, much like using a serum consistently within a skincare routine.

Step 4: Add the REGROW Derma Roller

The Derma Roller is designed to complement the topical treatment rather than replace it.

It features 540 ultra-fine 0.3 mm titanium needles. When rolled gently over the scalp, it creates tiny micro-channels on the surface. This supports scalp circulation and can help improve the absorption of the REGROW Hair Tonic.

How to use it safely:

  1. Disinfect the Derma Roller with medical-grade alcohol before use and allow it to air dry.
  2. Part longer hair so the roller can make contact with the scalp.
  3. Roll gently four to five times in horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions.
  4. Use light, even pressure. You should feel stimulation, not pain.
  5. Apply the Hair Tonic before or after rolling, according to your preferred routine.
  6. Disinfect the roller again after use and store it in its protective container.
  7. Use it two to three times per week, not every day.

Never share your Derma Roller. Do not use it over broken, irritated or infected skin, or when an active scalp condition such as dermatitis is present.

Why consistency matters more than perfection

Hair follows a gradual growth cycle. This means meaningful change cannot be judged after a few days or one wash.

A three month routine gives you a structured starting point. It allows time to build consistent habits and observe changes more objectively.

We recommend taking photographs at the beginning of your routine and again at Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90. Use the same lighting, angle and hairstyle each time.

Try not to inspect your hairline every day. Monthly comparisons are more useful and far less stressful.

Some people may begin noticing changes within the first three months, while others may need three to six months or longer. The cause and duration of the hair loss, general health, hormones, stress and consistency can all influence the experience. Individual results will vary.

Who may consider the REGROW system?

The system may suit men and women looking for a structured routine to support:

  • Excess shedding
  • Visibly thinning hair
  • A changing hairline or crown
  • Hair that feels weaker or more prone to breakage
  • General scalp health
  • Early preventative hair and scalp care

Hair loss has many possible causes. A cosmetic haircare routine cannot replace a medical diagnosis.

If shedding is sudden, severe or patchy, or is accompanied by scalp pain, inflammation or other symptoms, consult a doctor or dermatologist. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing medical treatment, discuss the ingredients and Derma Roller with your healthcare professional before use.

A consistent routine may not make the journey instant, but it can make it feel clearer, calmer and more manageable.
